Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every step is explained in plain English, and the Private Pocket AI installer does the technical setup. If you can copy, paste and follow along, you can do this. If you get stuck, email us.
What exactly am I buying?
The Private Pocket AI course: a step-by-step written guide (a 45-page PDF) with downloadable files, including the Private Pocket AI installer, 100 prompts and 5 personality templates. It teaches you to set up and use your own AI assistant. We don't host the assistant for you; it runs on a server in your own name.
How do I get access after I pay?
Once your payment is confirmed you'll get an email with your download links, usually within minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or email us and we'll resend it.
Are there any other costs?
Yes, one. Your private server is billed monthly by the hosting provider, not by us. The course shows you the recommended plan and its price before you sign up. Agent Club is optional.
Is it really private?
Your assistant runs on a server you rent and control, using an open-source AI model. Your conversations are not sent to OpenAI, Google or any other AI company, and you can delete everything at any time. As with any cloud service, the hosting provider operates the physical hardware.
Which phones does it work on?
Any modern iPhone or Android phone. Your assistant opens in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen so it behaves like an app. You'll need a computer for the one-time setup.
How does the Agent Club free month work?
It's optional and only starts if you tick the box at checkout. Your first 30 days are free. After that, you're charged $19 a month until you cancel. We email a reminder 3 days before your first charge.
How do I cancel Agent Club?
Use the cancel link in any Agent Club email, or email us and we'll cancel it for you. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your course access is not affected.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email us first and we'll help you finish the setup. If it still isn't right for you, we refund Private Pocket AI course in full within 30 days of purchase.
