Run the Private Pocket AI installer
Paste the installer into your server's setup box and it configures your assistant for you: the AI model, the chat app and the security settings.

Add it to your phone
Open your assistant's private link on your phone and add it to your home screen. It opens like any other app.

Windows, Mac or Chromebook, used once for setup. After that, you can use your assistant from your phone alone.
A smartphone
Any current iPhone or Android phone with a modern browser.
A hosting account
Your private server is rented from a hosting provider and billed to you directly. The course names the recommended plan and its price before you sign up.

Most of that is waiting while the installer runs. You can leave and come back.
What happens to your data
Your assistant and everything you tell it live on the server in your name. We never receive your conversations, and we have no login to your assistant. We provide the guide, the installer and support.
