Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from SCHANKEYDIGITAL LLC ("we", "us", "our") through privatepocketai.com. We want you to be confident buying from us, so our guarantee is simple and generous. By placing an order you agree to this policy.

1. Private Pocket AI course: 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Private Pocket AI course (the written guide and its accompanying files, including the Private Pocket AI installer, 100 prompts and 5 personality templates), email us at support@privatepocketai.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund the full price you paid for it. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to have completed the setup. We may ask you to confirm the email address used at checkout so we can find your order.

2. Agent Club membership

You may cancel Agent Club at any time to stop all future charges. If you cancel during your free first month, you will not be charged.
If you are charged for a month and contact us within 7 days of that charge, we will refund that charge in full.
After 7 days, that month's charge is non-refundable, and your membership remains active until the end of the period you have paid for.
If we failed to send the reminder email 3 days before your first charge, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

3. Hosting and third-party costs

Hosting, domain, network and other third-party services are billed by the respective provider, not by us. Charges from those providers are between you and them, and are not covered by this policy. You can cancel your hosting account with the provider at any time under their terms.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@privatepocketai.com from the address used at checkout, or use our contact form and choose "Refund request". Please include your full name and the date of your purchase. We acknowledge refund requests within one business day, Monday to Friday.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most are processed by us within 3 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. We cannot refund to a different card or account. When the course is refunded, your download links and license are deactivated, and you agree to stop using and delete the downloaded materials.

6. Chargebacks

We would like the chance to fix any problem before you contact your bank or card issuer. If you open a chargeback for a purchase that is covered by this policy without first contacting us, we may dispute it and provide records of your order, your agreement to our terms and the delivery of your download links, and we may suspend your access while the dispute is pending.

7. Legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
