Subscription terms

These Subscription Terms govern the optional Agent Club membership offered by SCHANKEYDIGITAL LLC ("we", "us", "our"). They form part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. What Agent Club is

Agent Club is an optional monthly membership for Private Pocket AI customers. It includes new assistant skills each month, step-by-step upgrade guides when better open-source AI models become available, a monthly live question-and-answer session and priority email support. Features may be updated over time, but we will not materially reduce the core benefits during a period you have paid for.

2. Free first month and recurring billing

  • Agent Club starts only if you select it at checkout and accept these terms.
  • Your first 30 days are free. We may require a valid payment method to start the trial.
  • After the free period, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge $19.00 (USD) plus any applicable taxes to your payment method on the same day each month until you cancel.
  • This is an automatically renewing subscription. It continues until you cancel it.
  • We email you a reminder at least 3 days before your first charge, and a receipt after each charge.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend membership benefits until the balance is paid. We may cancel your membership if payment cannot be collected.

3. Cancelling

You may cancel at any time using the cancel link in any Agent Club email, or by emailing support@privatepocketai.com from the address on your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing: no further charges will be made. If you cancel during the free first month, you will not be charged. You keep Agent Club benefits through the end of any period you have already paid for. Your Private Pocket AI course access is not affected by cancelling.

4. Price changes

We may change the membership price. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, you agree to be charged the new price from your next billing date.

5. Refunds

Refunds for Agent Club are described in section 2 of our Refund Policy.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your membership if you breach our Terms of Service, share your member access with others, or misuse live sessions or member materials. If we end your membership without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have paid for.

7. Member materials

Agent Club materials are licensed to you for personal or internal business use under the license terms in our Terms of Service. They may not be shared, resold or republished.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will email active members about material changes before they take effect. Continuing your membership after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
